What we collect
When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, company name if you give it, and the content of your message. When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not an automated program, is sending the message. It processes technical data about your browser and device for this purpose only.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Technical data, including the spam check on the contact form, is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our email, acting on our instructions under data processing agreements. This includes Cloudflare, which hosts the site, runs the spam check and delivers contact form messages to us. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless they lead to a contract, in which case we keep them for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email hello [at] neocodecy.com. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or to the data protection authority where you live.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
