NeoCode was founded in 2026 with one idea: software teams should be built for how software is made now. We combine senior engineering judgement with AI-assisted delivery to build better products and keep them maintainable.

Where we come from
NeoCode is new; the team isn't. Bertug founded the software agency Kodeas in 2020, and Salih and Aral built and ran production platforms with him there: logistics, marketplaces and AI products. NeoCode is where we take that experience into how software is built now.
